The third time wasn't a charm for a man accused of burglarizing a West County restaurant. St. Louis County police arrested Joshua Neuman, 38, of Maryland Heights for three counts of burglary.
According to police, Neuman broke into the Dairy Queen at 10545 Page Avenue three times between October 20th and November 4th. On Wednesday, Neuman was stopped by officers patrolling the area. He was carrying money.
Neuman is charged with two counts of felony stealing and one count of misdemeanor stealing. He is being held on a $20,000 bond.
