An innocent bystander is killed after her car is hit by a stolen car that police were chasing Wednesday night. Now, the father of the 20 year old who was killed is trying to come to grips with the tragedy. "I didn't want my daughter to go like that. I wanted to go before my daughter. I wanted to go before all my kids. I don't want to have to bury my kids. Now I got to bury my daughter," explained a tearful Dewey Robertson.

Dewey's beloved daughter Angela Robertson, 20, is gone, killed in the tragic crash in north St. Louis at West Florissant and College.

"It's hard. It's hard. It's hard. I miss my daughter. I miss my daughter, I need my daughter. I don't know what I'm going to do," said Dewey.

St. Louis police say they were chasing a Mazda MX6 that was stolen in a carjacking last Friday. A 16 year old was behind the wheel of the stolen car. Investigators tell us the teen ran a stop sign on College and slammed into Angela's Camaro on West Florissant.

Angela died at the hospital. Her boyfriend, who was also in the car, was critically hurt.

Dewey showed us pictures of Angela, including one when she was baptized in the Mississippi River and another from several years ago of Angela with her little brother.

Dewey told us, "She is just so, so, so special; beautiful to be around. If you're down, she'll bring you up."

He added, "I know she's in heaven. I know she is. But I just thank the Lord for letting me have those good 20 years, good 20 years with her."

Angela's boyfriend and the 16 year old are both still hospitalized recovering from their injuries. The 16 year old has not been identified because he is a minor. But investigators say he is charged as a juvenile with driving a stolen car, resisting arrest, assault and second degree murder. He will have an automatic hearing to see if he will stand trial as an adult.

St. Louis police believe the chase was justified because of the carjacking. But they are still sending condolences to the Robertson family.
