CRESTWOOD, MO (KPLR)—
The officers had attempted to talk to her about a dog stolen in the Affton area earlier in the week. Neighbor Brad Simon said she had refused to open her door and demanded police get a search warrant. As they waited for a warrant, she sneaked out of the home and reached her car.
"She jumps in her car and all the cops rush over here and hold her at gun point she backs into three of them," he said. Crestwood police said one of their officers and a County officer suffered minor injuries. The woman fled the scene driving across two front lawns to get away.
Saturday night St. Louis County Police would only say the case was under investigation.
