ST. LOUIS MO ( KPLR ) - 12-million doses of Tamiflu from a federal stockpile are being delivered to states as more than 100 cases of swine flu are confirmed in the United States.

Now we're learning from Missouri health officials how they will distribute the limited doses.

And, the 20-year old student from Ellisville who may be sick with swine flu is again talking to News 11.

Because of federal rules the county health department director cannot identify the victim, but they do say a 20 year old county man returned from school in Chicago with a probable case of swine flu.

20 year old Michael Hairsine of Ellisville has identified himself as that man, and he tells us he's feeling better since getting sick last weekend.

Meanwhile, the swine flu's probable arrival in Missouri prompts a lawmaker to suggest school children should stay away from the Missouri Capitol.

House member Rob Schaaf, a family physician from St. Joseph, wore a mask over his mouth and nose on Thursday during a legislative session. He told colleagues he was trying to draw attention to the swine flu.

Hundreds of children visit the Capitol daily on school field trips. Schaaf suggested they should stay away during the final two weeks of the legislative session. He said if one sick child came to the Capitol and interacted with students from elsewhere, the swine flu could spread to communities across the state.

Schaaf also instructed colleagues on ways to avoid spreading germs. His speech was greeted with groans from some other lawmakers.
