Florissant officer, Timothy Green, just happened be patrolling the area when he saw the teen and asked her if she was okay. When she indicated she was not green approached Walker. After a brief statement Walker took off leading police on a chase through North County. Police put out stop sticks, but Walker drove right over them.
"The suspect drove through them deflating a couple tires, but continued to drive."
Walker hit a curb and crashed his vehicle in Jennings near Hord Road. Police say when they tried to get Walker out of his black SUV he struggled resisting arrest and was subdued only after officers used a taser gun on him several times.
Walker is facing several charges including resisting arrest and attempted kidnapping. The girl attends an alternative school in the Hazelwood School District. Officials emailed parents making them aware of the situation and offered stranger danger tips.
