City To Use Cameras To Catch Speeders

The city of Charlack is installing a permanent camera to catch speeders on interstate 170. Starting at the end of the month Charlack will begin using a camera to catch highway speeders in the same way cameras are used to catch drivers running red lights. Signs will warn drivers when the camera is operating. Like red light cameras the fine will be about $100. No points will be added to your license.
